you‘ll feel fed up
As Allah said
"So hasten towards all that is good". (2:148)
"And march forth in the way (which leads to) forgiveness from your Rubb, and for Jannah as wide as are the heavens and the earth, prepared for Al-Muttaqun (the pious)". (3:133)
Rasulullah SAW Said in a hadith
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Be prompt in doing good deeds (before you are overtaken) by turbulence which would be like a part of the dark night. A man would be a believer in the morning and turn to disbelief in the evening, or he would be a believer in the evening and turn disbeliever in the morning, and would sell his Faith for worldly goods.''
[Muslim].
As usual in the month of Rahmah, Allah encourages us to do many good deeds as many as we can and try to strive for His forgiveness. In addition muslims are now fighting one to one with his desires as Allah has chained the devil (Shaitan/iblis).
At the beginning of ramadhan i received lot of messages about angel Jibril’s prayer (Dua Jibril) and i don’t want to explain more about this as i already clarified this matter in my previous blog (friendster blog). Yesterday one of my friend put up a status about ‘doa tahan puasa’ (prayer to make you strong during ramdhan). The wording of this prayer is only a joke but can we mocking Allah name?
Eg. Allahumma baring sana baring sini (Allahumma lying there and lying here)-haha direct translation.
But what if Allahumma fi........
Nauzubillah. If we put ‘fi’ we are denying Allah’s attribute.
So in the month of ramadhan the prophet give a general advice On this matter.
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "When any one of you is observing Saum (fasting) on a day, he should neither indulge in obscene language nor should he raise the voice; and if anyone reviles him or tries to quarrel with him he should say: `I am observing fast.'''
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Obscene here not only among the people , also towards Allah.
"Was it at Allah, and His Ayat and His Messenger that you were mocking'') [9:65]
For those who created, distribute this i would like to ask u to seek repentance from Allah. As this kind of saying will make one faith annulled by it.
May Allah forgive them as Allah will not punish people who are ignorance.
I ask all brothers and sisters to strive to be a good Muslim and try advice our Muslim brothers and sisters and lead them to the straight path, if we have the knowledge and able to do that.
In matter pertaining aqidah (creed) one should be bold.
May Allah bestow His mercy upon all of us, inshaAllah.
Secondly, brothers and sisters please don’t feel bad if anyone pointed- out your mistake. Life is a learning process. Every day people will point out my mistake (true story). Either it be the athan, quranic pronunciation, my attitude etc. Yes it’s true at first, you‘ll feel fed up but if you take life as a learning process Insha’Allah you can know the truth behind it. And Insha’Allah ALLAH will help us to become a better person. Btw we are still young (KIDDO). lots to experience huhh

some people have their own priority
Recently one of my friends asked me whether i would like to do the same thing; give motivational talk to those asis students. As they know i was giving a motivational talk to my Semenda school (rural school) last summer break. And alhamdulillah the feedback from the student about the program also very good.
For me i have my own opinion on this matter. Giving motivational talk to anybody in order to inspire them to be good persons is a good thing and may ALLAH rewards who so ever who done so.
as Rasul saw said
Narrated from Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Allah, the Almighty, says: `Whosoever does a good deed, will have (reward) ten times like it and I add more; and whosoever does an evil, will have the punishment like it or I will forgive (him); and whosoever approaches Me by one span, I will approach him by one cubit; and whosoever approaches Me by one cubit, I approach him by one fathom, and whosoever comes to Me walking, I go to him running; and whosoever meets Me with an earth-load of sins without associating anything with Me, I meet him with forgiveness like that".
[Muslim]
As for me, i dont think that's a need for me to give a motivational talk to the asis students (may be u can say i'm not good enough to give motivational talk to them).
Or if i'm good enough (since there is a request), i'm not planning to do any motivational talk at asis, rather i would like to inspire those who need it more; those rural student. for me there is no point talking inspirational stuff to the malaysian's bright students. They already know it. There are more unfortunate students, mostly rural students that need our attention.
I'm not saying this to say that the motivational talk that they did is not effective. InsyaAllah many students benefit from it.
But rather it would be good if we could use our expertise to help more needy students. some say that to give a motivational talk to a rural student is hard. well what i can say, we are not giving the talk to change people, we just inspire them to change and moreover it's by Allah will a person change.
as Allah said in the glorious Quran "...Verily Allah will not change the (good) condition of a people as long as they do not change their state of (goodness) themself (by committing sins and disobedient to Allah)....... ( surah ar-ra'd 11)
But it's just my opinion and there is nothing wrong with giving inspiration to anybody. but since somebody asked about this i just state my opinion then.
cheers

I love you!!!
yesterday my friend who is now studying in countryA msg me to ask my opinion Regarding one matter. dont get me wrong on this. i'm not giving any verdict or fatwa what so ever. This is regarding some stuff between him and our friend in COUNTRYn.
Well they did quarrelled but only with words not with sword or gun what so ever. as usual when people asked me a question or opinion i will definitely give them a very long reply (only to the extend on what Allah has grant for me his knowledge. and if i dont know something i will just say dont know. dont get me wrong ziad)so that people would be satisfied with the anwers.
actually we were discussing about doing good deeds to please people around you. my countrya friend said, he just sarcastically advicing our countryn friend when he wrote a status on his fb as 'no one appreciate my good deeds.~damn'
my countryA friend then replied as "tak yah la berhajat pada makhluk" or in english " why do you do good deeds to please the people (sarcastically, i dont know i to translate the sentence). And then the quarrels began.
when i wrote the answer for his question, I asked myself "do i have the same problem" doing good deeds in order to please people? did i doing this blog so that people know that i so and so.
nauzubillah. I pray to Allah to keep us away from this kind of disease of the heart.
I'm writing to this blog because of my sins.
as Prophet saw said in a hadith
" every son of adam commit sins. And the best of them are those who seek repentence afterwards"(Ibn majah, at-thirmidhi and authenticated by Al-albani)
before i proceed, for those who know malay i would like to recommend this article for you to read
jangan lebih lajak dari laju
this is also what the prophet saw recommended us to do as
related by abu dhar and mu'adh jabal ra, Rasul saw said" fear Allah where ever u are, do good deeds after doing bad ones, the former will wipe out the latter and behave decently towards other people.
[at-tirmidhi]
So that's why i would like to urge people to do more good deeds as these will wipe out the bad ones. It doesnt matter how u gonna do it, it depends on ur ability and feasibility. May Allah accept our deeds.
lastly and of course the last paragraph (also the answer for the question above)
the answer is (10)(4)(7)(19)(21)
clue: 1.you always use me to enter letter/letters
2. give priority to the right. start form the right.
3. each number represent a letter
My friend from country a did also ask me why i'm so keen to put the ayatul quran and so on in my answer. he said it must be too time consuming. I just said to him there is a story behind this but never tell him anything yet.
well i had put three challenges to ayatul quran before and alhamdulillah All my three challenges are answered well. recently i found another fault in the ayatul quran dan alhamdulillah it was also well answered
this is what Allah suggest to us if we doubt on something, ask the people who know it.
as Allah said in surah an-nahl
" ask the people or zikr (knowledge ) if you know not"
if you have doubt about islam. act fast and ask the people who understand the quran and hadith.
so these 4 challenges resulted a 4 letter word in my heart. love . that's why i'm keen to at least find one verse of the quran in every answer or blog etc.

what's in your gene
This friend of mine said to me, sometimes he feels that this world is not being fair to him. like for example although he has this gene defect, he still passed his driving license test and can drive a car very well. moreover, he got a scholarship (of course after some incidents that cannot be reveal hehe secret ma) and he can be at par with other student who doesnt has gene defect.
But why they must still use a gene test as a prequisite for all these things. sometimes he feels shy of his condition and he thinks that he cannot succeed as anyone else (who has the good gene) until he realised that many famous people in the world also had a defect in their gene
for example
Abraham Lincoln- marfan syndrome
Vincent van gogh-epilepsy
Albert Einstein –dyslexia
John f kennedy addison’s disease
Rita Hayworth alzheimer’s disease
Ray Charles –primary glaucoma
Stephen hawking – amytrohic lateral sclerosis
Jackie joyner- kersee - asthma
in contrast take a look at our religion , islam. does islam requires those who want to be a muslim must have such and such gene? The answer is of course no it doesnt.
I just pick one example in surah luqman, Allah emphasised the advice that Luqman gave to his children. Some ulama sometimes comment on the apperance of Luqman al hakim. some say that luqman is a black skin man with a thick lip etc. As far as i knw there is no evidence from hadith regarding this physical appearance.
some argue that if Allah mentioned about the physical appearance of Luqman al hakim, how many people would you thing can follow this?
so that's why the message of islam is universal. it does not only specific to a certain kind of people or better if i say, what's in your gene is not going to be a determinant on whther you would make a better muslim or not.
everything islam teaches is applicable to evryone whether you have the good gene or the bad ones
wallahua'alam
