Foundation for choosing an Islamic book part 1
Sincerely I don’t have any idea what type of book it is; novel, fiction or fiqh book. Thus I couldn’t comment about the book when she asked me. Thus I started to initiate questions to my friend. I asked my friend what the content of the book is.
She replied, she didn’t know since she hasn’t read the book yet. Then I started to ask syaikh Google and it brought me to telaga biru publication website. There they have the description of the book plus the author name. Ustaz Ismail Kamus, that’s the author name.
Then I look at the description this is what I found “Alangkah indahnya jika hidup sentiasa mengikut syariat.
The sentence that I italicised caught my attention and then i copied and paste the same sentence to her.
“This is what we are looking for” I wrote (i didn’t really write this actually but well just enjoy)
And the story went on bla.....bla ....bla
Dear friends, in the market there are humongous collections of Islamic book available. From book covering the fundamental tenet in Islam to an advanced topic discussed by prominent scholars of our time now Alhamdulillah these are all easily accessible to us either through the Internet, libraries or shops.
On the other hand my dear respected brothers and sisters not all of these humongous collections of Islamic books are up to the standard. Some authors may be because of ignorance and lack of knowledge, write some books that contradict the teaching of Islam.
Thus it’s crucial to have a tool to separate which book is according to the standard and which don’t.
You might wonder why i always speak about the standard. Why it’s so important?
Dear brothers and sisters, Islam is not in your authority, neither mine, neither the greatest shaykhs that live on our time or from before. Islam is the authority Of Allah and His Messanger.
So inshaAllah I will try to put the basic tool in 3 or more series of writing in this blog.

Pembahagian Tauhid Sebelum Ibn Taimiyyah
Written by abdul kadir

(Yusuf: 106). Kata ‘Ikrimah R.A.
1. Kitab al-Tauhid wa Ma’rifah Asma’ Allah azza wa jall wa sifatih ‘ala Ittifaq wa al-Tafarrud oleh al-Imam al-Hafidz Abi ‘Abdillah, Muhammad ibn Ishak ibn Yahya ibn Mundih yang meninggal pada tahun 395 Hijrah. (Jilid 1: halaman 61-116, jilid 2: halaman 14-208, jilid 3: halaman 7 hingga penghujung kitab )
2. Lihat juga perkataan al-Imam al-Qadhi Abi Yusuf Ya’qub ibn Ibrahim ibn Habib al-Kufi, murid dan sahabat kepada al-Imam Abu Hanifah (pemuka Mazhab Hanafi). Beliau meninggal pada tahun 182 Hijrah. Perkataannya telah dinukilkan oleh al-Imam al-Hafidz Abi ‘Abdillah, Muhammad ibn Ishak ibn Yahya ibn Mundih (meninggal tahun 395H) di dalam kitabnya al-Tauhid wa Ma’rifah Asma’ Allah azza wa jall wa sifatih ‘ala Ittifaq wa al-Tafarrud, jilid 3: halaman 304-306.
Agama melarang taklid buta
Wassalam.

Who are the banksrupts?
"Do you know who is the one who is bankrupt?" They said, 'The bankrupt is the one who has no money and no possessions.' He said, 'Among my Ummah, the one who is bankrupt is the one who will come on the Day of Resurrection with prayer and fasting and Zakah (to his credit), but he will come having insulted this one, slandered that one, consumed the wealth of this one and shed the blood of that one, and beaten that one. So they will all be given some of his hasanaat, and when his hasanaat run out, before judgment is passed, some of their sins will be taken and cast onto him, then he will be cast into the Fire.'" Categorisation of Tawheed into 3 categories. what a heck
Why they locked the thread so suddenly and they are giving an unfair judgement towards the discussion. By bringing all commentary which attacking the opposition who doesnt agree with their doctrine (Akidah sifat 20).
The best thing to do, in my opinion is not to attack other peoples' doctrine (What so ever you want to call it). but the best way is to clarify, to tell , to explain and to give evidence from the quran and sunnah in order to support your doctrine. Because the person who have spend their whole life wit sifat 20 akidah type know better about this kind of akidah but, there is a but. THEY MIGHT NOT HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE THREE of The aQidah. So it is so unfair for them to judge 3 type of AqIDAH METHOD.
and vice versa.
Thus, let both sides present their evidence from the quran and sunnah to support their method of understanding the Aqeedah. And inshaAllah afterwards Let the readers decide.
Praise be to Allaah.
This division is taken from study and analysis. When the scholars analyzed the texts of the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), this became clear to them. Some of them added a fourth category, which is Tahweed al-Mutaaba’ah (oneness of following). All of that is derived from study and analysis.
Undoubtedly the one who ponders the meanings of the Qur’aan will find that it contains verses which enjoin devoting worship sincerely to Allaah alone. This is Tawheed al-Uloohiyyah (Oneness of the Divine Nature). And he will find verses which indicate that Allaah is the Creator and the Provider, that He is in control of all things. This is Tawheed al-Ruboobiyyah (oneness of the Divine Lordship), which the mushrikoon affirmed, but that did not make them Muslims. He will also find other verses which indicate that Allaah has the Most Beautiful Names and the Most Sublime Attributes, and that He has no equal or peer. This is Tawheed al-Asma’ wa’l-Sifaat (Oneness of the Divine Names and Attributes), which was denied by the innovators such as the Jahamiyyah, Mu’tazilah, anthropomorphists and those who followed in their footsteps.
There are verses which indicate that it is obligatory to follow the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and to reject whatever goes against his laws. This is Tawheed al-Mutaaba’ah (Oneness of Following). This categorization is known from study and analysis of the relevant aayahs and the Sunnah. For example, Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
“You (Alone) we worship, and You (Alone) we ask for help (for each and everything)”
[al-Faatihah 1:5]
“O mankind! Worship your Lord (Allaah), Who created you and those who were before you so that you may become Al-Muttaqoon (the pious)”
[al-Baqarah 2:21]
“And your Ilaah (God) is One Ilaah (God — Allaah), Laa Ilaaha illa Huwa (there is none who has the right to be worshipped but He), the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful”[al-Baqarah 2:163]
“And I (Allaah) created not the jinn and mankind except that they should worship Me (Alone).
I seek not any provision from them (i.e. provision for themselves or for My creatures) nor do I ask that they should feed Me (i.e. feed themselves or My creatures).
Verily, Allaah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong”
[al-Dhaariyaat 51:56-58]
“Indeed, your Lord is Allaah, Who created the heavens and the earth in Six Days, and then He rose over (Istawa) the Throne (really in a manner that suits His Majesty). He brings the night as a cover over the day, seeking it rapidly, and (He created) the sun, the moon, the stars subjected to His Command. Surely, His is the creation and commandment. Blessed is Allaah, the Lord of the ‘Aalameen (mankind, jinn and all that exists)!”
[al-A’raaf 7:54]
“There is nothing like Him, and He is the All-Hearer, the All-Seer”
[al-Shoora 42:11]
“Say (O Muhammad): “He is Allaah, (the) One.
Allaah-us-Samad [Allaah — the Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need, (He neither eats nor drinks)].
He begets not, nor was He begotten.
And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him”
[al-Ikhlaas 112:1-4]
“Say (O Muhammad to mankind): If you (really) love Allaah, then follow me (i.e. accept Islamic Monotheism, follow the Qur’aan and the Sunnah), Allaah will love you and forgive you your sins”
[Aal ‘Imraan 3:31]
“Say: “Obey Allaah and obey the Messenger, but if you turn away, he (Messenger Muhammad) is only responsible for the duty placed on him (i.e. to convey Allaah’s Message) and you for that placed on you. If you obey him, you shall be on the right guidance. The Messenger’s duty is only to convey (the message) in a clear way (i.e. to preach in a plain way)”
[al-Noor 24:54]
And there are many aayahs which point towards this categorization.
In the ahaadeeth:
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, according to the hadeeth of Mu’aadh whose authenticity is agreed upon (al-Bukhaari, 2856; Muslim, 30):
“It is the right of Allaah upon His slaves that they should worship Him and not associate anything with Him.”
And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever dies invoking anything other than Allaah as a rival to Allaah will enter Hell.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 4497; Muslim, 92).
And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to Jibreel (peace be upon him), when he asked him about Islam: “It means to worship Allaah and not associate anything with Him, to pray the prescribed prayers, to pay the obligatory zakaah…” (Agreed upon; al-Bukhaari, 50; Muslim, 9).
And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever obeys me obeys Allaah, and whoever disobeys me disobeys Allaah.” (Agreed upon; al-Bukhaari, 2957; Muslim, 1835).
And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “All of my ummah will enter Paradise except those who refuse.” It was said, “O Messenger of Allaah, who are those who refuse?” He said, “Whoever obeys me will enter Paradise and whoever disobeys me has refused.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari in his Saheeh, 7280).
And there are many similar ahaadeeth.
Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: “God is the One Who is worshipped and obeyed. God is the One Who is loved, and the One Who is loved is the One Who deserves to be worshipped. The reason why He deserves to be worshipped is because of His Attributes which imply that He is the Most Beloved to Whom the utmost submission is due.”
And he said: “God is the One Who is loved and worshipped, Whom hearts love, to Whom they submit, before Whom they humble themselves, Whom they fear and hope, to Whom they turn at times of difficulty, calling upon Him with regard to their concerns, putting their trust in Him with regard to their interests, seeking refuge in Him, finding tranquility in the remembrance of Him and peace of mind in love for Him. That is only for Allaah, therefore the phrase Laa ilaaha ill-Allaah (there is no god except Allaah) is the most truthful of speech. Those who believe this are the people of Allaah and His party, and those who deny it are His enemies who are subject to His wrath and vengeance. If a person gets this right his entire situation will be good, and if he fails to achieve this then his knowledge and actions will inevitably be corrupt.”
We ask Allaah to help all the Muslims, rulers and ruled alike, to understand His religion, to adhere steadfastly to it, to be sincere towards Allaah and His slaves and to beware of that which Allaah has forbidden, for He is Able to do that. May Allaah bless our Prophet Muhammad and all his family and companions.
May Allah give His Taufiq to all of us
wassalam.

Love from Allah?
ibn Abi Hatim recorded that Abu Hurayrah said that the Prophet said,
(Whenever Allah loves a servant of His, He calls Jibril (saying), "Verily, I love so-and-so, so love him.'' Then, Jibril calls out into the heavens and love for him descends among the people of the earth. That is the meaning of the statement of Allah, the Mighty and Sublime: (Verily, those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, the Most Gracious will bestow love for them.)) [19:96] This was also reported by Muslim and At-Tirmidhi and At-Tirmidhi said, "Hasan Sahih.''
Sometimes we have assess or re-examine ourself if people around us not like us anymore. may be this got something to do with our relation with The Most Merciful.
Who knows we might hurt our beloved God by doing sins over and over again until we feel 'comfortable' in that kind of situation and suddenly something struck you........
at that time for sure you will regret the sins that you have done.
His forgiveness is unmeasurable and unthinkable. May Allah forgive us all and replace what we couldn't get with something even better or best!!!
Oh People of understanding, don't regret for what you couldn't get or achieved. Have faith that Allah knows what is good and bad for you. Allah says that life is to test which of us is better in deeds.
And indeed Allah is not the one who leaves us but actually we are the one who abandon ourself.
May Allah grants us strength, forgiveness and tranquillity in our heart so that we can strive over this life, worshipping Him and spread His message throughout this land.
*Thanks for a friend who put this quranic quotation of surah maryam.

10 Nasihat Untuk Orang Bercinta
1. Janganlah kau membiarkan kemanisan bercinta dihirup sebelum engkau berkahwin dengan 'si dia'.
2. Bercintalah kau dengan nya dengan sekadarnya. Kelak mungkin 'si dia' mungkin bukan jodoh untukmu.
3. Jika kau ingin berbahagia seumur hidup, tahanlah dirimu untuk berbahagia sebelum kau berhak menjadi milik 'si dia'.
6. Jikalau engkau inginkan pasangan hidupmu yang terbaik untukmu, maka engkaulah yang patut menjadi yang terbaik dahulu.
7. Membina keserasian sebelum berkahwin bukanlah dengan cara ber'dating', cukuplah sekadar engkau tahu apa yang perlu kau tahu.
8. Bercintalah untuk mencapai cintaNYA. (theoretically sounds good but practically?)
11. Biarpun sejuta kali hati terluka, namun begitu mudah kemaafan diberi (Tengok sahaja adik beradik, suami isteri etc)

Dakwah is not The one and Only
assalamualaikum
my post today sounds a bit awkward isn’t it? Well what can i really I’m now deviating myself from the true message and making my own fatwa haha. Just joking
not really. What I meant by that actually is why people must look at the word dakwah through a narrow perspective.
Yesterday I had a long discussion from Jamaahtul tabligh from Malaysia. The one that i talked too is quite knowledgeable and he was being reasonable in answering my question. At the end I did learn something from him and he did agree with my suggestion in term of dakwah, ghash, bida’ah and wisdom in preaching the islam to the muslims.
They term their ghash as going out to seclude yourself in a mesjid and do call upon the locals to do amar makruf nahi mungkar. Although what they are doing “ ta’awwanu a’la birri wat taqwa” is based on quran but there is no evidence showing that one person should go out (seclude oneself and do iktikaf) for three day, or 3 month etc. Besides, they also quote that the sahabah went out from madinah to spread the message of islam. But which one comes first, the dakwah or the knowledge? Read properly the stories of Prophet Muhammad saw, the sahabah and the four imams.
I’m not here to condemn them or to fire-up hatred among the jamaat and me, rather i see them as my brother in islam and whatever group they belong to, this is not a reason why i must be quite if something not right happening in front of my eyes. And for what that’s right, i acknowledge and put my complement.
Anyway that is not what i’m going to talk about.
Dakwah mean to deliver and i don’t agree to some group claiming that only
“This method is right, that’s not.”
“We are right and you are not.”
“Look at our way doing the dakwah and yet we never see you doing it”
Allah created people differently and the message of islam is universal.
As long the dakwah is based on authentic sources (al-quran and authentic sunnah) that’s fine.
Whoever you are, whether you are sufi , tablighi jamaat or wahabi if you grip this principle you’re on the right track.

Creed (aqidah)
Visit also seeklah.com - my new website to read this
I did ask many people about some basic knowledge that a Muslim should know; Apart from all the philosophies that that was invented by some muslim in order to support their religious allegations.
These invented theological thinking sometimes make things harder for a lay muslim to comprehend less to practice. This is insignificant from what Allah’s Apostle said
Abû Hurayrah relates that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said “This religion is easy. No one becomes harsh and strict in the religion without it overwhelming him. So fulfill your duties as best you can and rejoice. Rely upon the efforts of the morning and the evening and a little at night and you will reach your goal.” [Sahîh al-Bukharî]
So the message of Islam should be able to comprehend by everyone which compromises the Creed, the five Islamic pillar, the eeman and etc . As for technical stuff (faraid, zakah and so on) i do agree some people have different level of understanding in analysing The word of Allah and the saying of the Prophet SAW. But there is no excuses in the matter of Aqidah(creed)and how to pray
When i asked Ustaz Roslee what should a muslim knows first? He replied “ the creed (aqidah)” i don’t agree with him and i asked again “should a muslim first learn on how to determine the authenticity of a hadith so that they confident of our argument relating to the creed?” he replied “ no creed first”
So i backed off and over time i agree to that a muslim should first be approached to know the creed. Know who is Allah. And do you know how Allah describe himself to us muslim?
Is it with the “sifat 20” wujud lawannya tak wujud, mendengar lawannya pekak. No,Allah instead revealed to us a very simple ayah. Open your quran and search for surah al ikhlas. Yes that short surah
Let’s learn about Aqidah(creed) by watching this video in malay. This lecture series was also adopted from the book “ the creed of the 4 imams” by Muhammad Ibn Abdur-Rahmaan al-Khumayyis and let us see what the publisher has to say about this book
Description from the publisher:
From the publisher -- This ground-breaking first publication spans 154 pages and is based upon the original work of Dr. Muhammad Ibn 'Abdur-Rahmaan al-Khumayyis. The book proves the important, yet often overlooked point, that despite whatever differences the Imaams had in their fiqh, their creed was one and the same in almost all issues. Many narrations are brought from the past and present day Scholars showing that the path to Allaah is one. Detailed biographies have been provided for each of the four Imaams from ancient authentic sources. Additionally, many doubts cast over the creed and lives of the Imaams have been uncovered, and the Creed of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah has been exonerated.
From the Back of the Book:
Shaykhul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (d.728H) - rahimahullaah - said, “However, from the mercy of Allaah to His servants is that from the imaams who were with them in the Ummah, there were those who had a truthful tongue, like the four imaams and other than them. They rejected the people of kalaam and their statements concerning the Qur‘aan, eemaan, and the Attributes of the Lord. And they were in agreement about what the Salaf were upon; that Allaah will be seen in the Hereafter, and that the Qur‘aan is the word of Allaah - it is not created, and that faith is undoubtedly an affirmation of the heart and the tongue.” [Kitaabul-Eemaan (p. 350-351) with the commentary of Muhammad al-Harraas]
So this is what al-’Allaamah Siddeeq Hasan Khaan pointed out when he said, “So our way is the way of the Salaf, which is affirmation (ithbaat) without tashbeeh (resemblance), nor tanzeeh (denial), and without ta’teel (negation). It is the way of the imaams of Islaam like Maalik and ash-Shaafi’ee, and ath-Thawree, and Ibnul-Mubaarak and Imaam Ahmad and other than them. So verily there is no disagreement between these imaams in the usoolud-deen (foundations of the Religion). Likewise Aboo Haneefah – ? – because the creed that is confirmed from him is in agreement with the creed of these imaams, and it is that which the Book and the Sunnah speak of.” [Qutfuth-Thamar (p. 47-48) of al-’Allaamah Siddeeq Hasan Khaan]
Excerpts from the Book
Said Imaam Aboo Haneefah an-Nu’maan Ibn Thaabit (d.159H) – rahimahullaah, “And He has a Hand and a Face and an Essence (dhaat), as Allaah the Exalted mentions in the Qur‘aan. So whatever Allaah the Exalted mentioned in the Qur‘aan in regards to the Face and the Hand and the Essence, then these are His Attributes without inquiry into their modality (bilaa kayf). And it is not to be said that His Hand is His Power, or His Bounty (ni’mah), because it is nullification of the Attribute, and it is the statement of the people of al-Qadar and al-I’tizaal.” [al-Fiqhul-Akbar (p. 402)]
It is related by al-Harawee from ash-Shaafi’ee, that he said, ‘Maalik was asked about kalaam and Tawheed, so Maalik said, ‘It is foolishness to think about the Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam), that he taught this Ummah about istinjaa‘ (cleaning after relieving oneself), but he did not teach them Tawheed. And Tawheed is what the Prophet (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) said, ‘I was commanded to fight the people until they say: There is no deity worthy of worship besides Allaah.’ [Related by al-Bukhaaree (3/262), Muslim (1/51) and an-Nisaa‘ee (5/14). All of them relate it by way of ’Ubaydullaah Ibn ’Ubayd al-Lajan ’Utbah Ibn Mas’ood from Abee Hurayrah. And Aboo Daawood (3/101) related it from Abee Saalih from Abee Hurayrah.] So whatever is protected by it of wealth and blood is the reality of Tawheed.” [Dhammul-Kalaam (qaaf/210)]

you‘ll feel fed up
As Allah said
"So hasten towards all that is good". (2:148)
"And march forth in the way (which leads to) forgiveness from your Rubb, and for Jannah as wide as are the heavens and the earth, prepared for Al-Muttaqun (the pious)". (3:133)
Rasulullah SAW Said in a hadith
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Be prompt in doing good deeds (before you are overtaken) by turbulence which would be like a part of the dark night. A man would be a believer in the morning and turn to disbelief in the evening, or he would be a believer in the evening and turn disbeliever in the morning, and would sell his Faith for worldly goods.''
[Muslim].
As usual in the month of Rahmah, Allah encourages us to do many good deeds as many as we can and try to strive for His forgiveness. In addition muslims are now fighting one to one with his desires as Allah has chained the devil (Shaitan/iblis).
At the beginning of ramadhan i received lot of messages about angel Jibril’s prayer (Dua Jibril) and i don’t want to explain more about this as i already clarified this matter in my previous blog (friendster blog). Yesterday one of my friend put up a status about ‘doa tahan puasa’ (prayer to make you strong during ramdhan). The wording of this prayer is only a joke but can we mocking Allah name?
Eg. Allahumma baring sana baring sini (Allahumma lying there and lying here)-haha direct translation.
But what if Allahumma fi........
Nauzubillah. If we put ‘fi’ we are denying Allah’s attribute.
So in the month of ramadhan the prophet give a general advice On this matter.
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "When any one of you is observing Saum (fasting) on a day, he should neither indulge in obscene language nor should he raise the voice; and if anyone reviles him or tries to quarrel with him he should say: `I am observing fast.'''
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
Obscene here not only among the people , also towards Allah.
"Was it at Allah, and His Ayat and His Messenger that you were mocking'') [9:65]
For those who created, distribute this i would like to ask u to seek repentance from Allah. As this kind of saying will make one faith annulled by it.
May Allah forgive them as Allah will not punish people who are ignorance.
I ask all brothers and sisters to strive to be a good Muslim and try advice our Muslim brothers and sisters and lead them to the straight path, if we have the knowledge and able to do that.
In matter pertaining aqidah (creed) one should be bold.
May Allah bestow His mercy upon all of us, inshaAllah.
Secondly, brothers and sisters please don’t feel bad if anyone pointed- out your mistake. Life is a learning process. Every day people will point out my mistake (true story). Either it be the athan, quranic pronunciation, my attitude etc. Yes it’s true at first, you‘ll feel fed up but if you take life as a learning process Insha’Allah you can know the truth behind it. And Insha’Allah ALLAH will help us to become a better person. Btw we are still young (KIDDO). lots to experience huhh

some people have their own priority
Recently one of my friends asked me whether i would like to do the same thing; give motivational talk to those asis students. As they know i was giving a motivational talk to my Semenda school (rural school) last summer break. And alhamdulillah the feedback from the student about the program also very good.
For me i have my own opinion on this matter. Giving motivational talk to anybody in order to inspire them to be good persons is a good thing and may ALLAH rewards who so ever who done so.
as Rasul saw said
Narrated from Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Allah, the Almighty, says: `Whosoever does a good deed, will have (reward) ten times like it and I add more; and whosoever does an evil, will have the punishment like it or I will forgive (him); and whosoever approaches Me by one span, I will approach him by one cubit; and whosoever approaches Me by one cubit, I approach him by one fathom, and whosoever comes to Me walking, I go to him running; and whosoever meets Me with an earth-load of sins without associating anything with Me, I meet him with forgiveness like that".
[Muslim]
As for me, i dont think that's a need for me to give a motivational talk to the asis students (may be u can say i'm not good enough to give motivational talk to them).
Or if i'm good enough (since there is a request), i'm not planning to do any motivational talk at asis, rather i would like to inspire those who need it more; those rural student. for me there is no point talking inspirational stuff to the malaysian's bright students. They already know it. There are more unfortunate students, mostly rural students that need our attention.
I'm not saying this to say that the motivational talk that they did is not effective. InsyaAllah many students benefit from it.
But rather it would be good if we could use our expertise to help more needy students. some say that to give a motivational talk to a rural student is hard. well what i can say, we are not giving the talk to change people, we just inspire them to change and moreover it's by Allah will a person change.
as Allah said in the glorious Quran "...Verily Allah will not change the (good) condition of a people as long as they do not change their state of (goodness) themself (by committing sins and disobedient to Allah)....... ( surah ar-ra'd 11)
But it's just my opinion and there is nothing wrong with giving inspiration to anybody. but since somebody asked about this i just state my opinion then.
cheers
jazakallah

I love you!!!
yesterday my friend who is now studying in countryA msg me to ask my opinion Regarding one matter. dont get me wrong on this. i'm not giving any verdict or fatwa what so ever. This is regarding some stuff between him and our friend in COUNTRYn.
Well they did quarrelled but only with words not with sword or gun what so ever. as usual when people asked me a question or opinion i will definitely give them a very long reply (only to the extend on what Allah has grant for me his knowledge. and if i dont know something i will just say dont know. dont get me wrong ziad)so that people would be satisfied with the anwers.
actually we were discussing about doing good deeds to please people around you. my countrya friend said, he just sarcastically advicing our countryn friend when he wrote a status on his fb as 'no one appreciate my good deeds.~damn'
my countryA friend then replied as "tak yah la berhajat pada makhluk" or in english " why do you do good deeds to please the people (sarcastically, i dont know i to translate the sentence). And then the quarrels began.
when i wrote the answer for his question, I asked myself "do i have the same problem" doing good deeds in order to please people? did i doing this blog so that people know that i so and so.
nauzubillah. I pray to Allah to keep us away from this kind of disease of the heart.
I'm writing to this blog because of my sins.
as Prophet saw said in a hadith
" every son of adam commit sins. And the best of them are those who seek repentence afterwards"(Ibn majah, at-thirmidhi and authenticated by Al-albani)
before i proceed, for those who know malay i would like to recommend this article for you to read
jangan lebih lajak dari laju
this is also what the prophet saw recommended us to do as
related by abu dhar and mu'adh jabal ra, Rasul saw said" fear Allah where ever u are, do good deeds after doing bad ones, the former will wipe out the latter and behave decently towards other people.
[at-tirmidhi]
So that's why i would like to urge people to do more good deeds as these will wipe out the bad ones. It doesnt matter how u gonna do it, it depends on ur ability and feasibility. May Allah accept our deeds.
lastly and of course the last paragraph (also the answer for the question above)
the answer is (10)(4)(7)(19)(21)
clue: 1.you always use me to enter letter/letters
2. give priority to the right. start form the right.
3. each number represent a letter
My friend from country a did also ask me why i'm so keen to put the ayatul quran and so on in my answer. he said it must be too time consuming. I just said to him there is a story behind this but never tell him anything yet.
well i had put three challenges to ayatul quran before and alhamdulillah All my three challenges are answered well. recently i found another fault in the ayatul quran dan alhamdulillah it was also well answered
this is what Allah suggest to us if we doubt on something, ask the people who know it.
as Allah said in surah an-nahl
" ask the people or zikr (knowledge ) if you know not"
if you have doubt about islam. act fast and ask the people who understand the quran and hadith.
so these 4 challenges resulted a 4 letter word in my heart. love . that's why i'm keen to at least find one verse of the quran in every answer or blog etc.

what's in your gene
This friend of mine said to me, sometimes he feels that this world is not being fair to him. like for example although he has this gene defect, he still passed his driving license test and can drive a car very well. moreover, he got a scholarship (of course after some incidents that cannot be reveal hehe secret ma) and he can be at par with other student who doesnt has gene defect.
But why they must still use a gene test as a prequisite for all these things. sometimes he feels shy of his condition and he thinks that he cannot succeed as anyone else (who has the good gene) until he realised that many famous people in the world also had a defect in their gene
for example
Abraham Lincoln- marfan syndrome
Vincent van gogh-epilepsy
Albert Einstein –dyslexia
John f kennedy addison’s disease
Rita Hayworth alzheimer’s disease
Ray Charles –primary glaucoma
Stephen hawking – amytrohic lateral sclerosis
Jackie joyner- kersee - asthma
in contrast take a look at our religion , islam. does islam requires those who want to be a muslim must have such and such gene? The answer is of course no it doesnt.
I just pick one example in surah luqman, Allah emphasised the advice that Luqman gave to his children. Some ulama sometimes comment on the apperance of Luqman al hakim. some say that luqman is a black skin man with a thick lip etc. As far as i knw there is no evidence from hadith regarding this physical appearance.
some argue that if Allah mentioned about the physical appearance of Luqman al hakim, how many people would you thing can follow this?
so that's why the message of islam is universal. it does not only specific to a certain kind of people or better if i say, what's in your gene is not going to be a determinant on whther you would make a better muslim or not.
everything islam teaches is applicable to evryone whether you have the good gene or the bad ones

let's reflect on hadith narrated by Abu musa.
Narrated Abu Musa:
Some people asked Allah's Apostle, "Whose Islam is the best? i.e. (Who is a very good Muslim)?" He replied, "One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongue and hands."

due to certain reasons the "seeking the truth and it will not stop" post will be deleted.
after discuss this matter with 2 scholars here in brisbane i've made a decision to remove that post.both of them agree that it's ok to tell that kind of story. But to tell people that you should challenge and demand that you'll leave islam if you couldnt find a good answer for the question, is not a good manner. this way might work for a person but not to the other. on the other hand a normal challenge is still acceptable.

Life is more worth without hatred
bismillah
would it be good is everyone in this world live without hatred among each other?
Sometimes it seems like a fantasy rather than A fact.
yeah i know we need to be moderate even when hating someone.Alhamdulillah i learnt a lot from a friend today.
He said why we must always be skeptic about other people. Although you have different opinion than what he/she thinks, that's not concerete enough to hate them.
Sometimes for a small matter people divide themself. for simple matter a neighbour not even say a hi to his/her other fellow neigbours. and for small different in opinion also A friend is now become a foe.
This is what we are, at the end we are still human that are helpless.
forgive others who have sinned you and dont be so hopeless about life. at the end we just a slave to Allah.
from Him we came and to Him also the place we belong.
Hate will just kill you. love insyaAllah will strengthen us as a 'ummah'
wallahua'lam
ps-Lotsa cute kid yesterday. totally delighted.finally i'm able to woo khusairi's daughter to look and wave at me haha

Give to charity whenever you still have the penny
You know how many facebook user in this world? HEAPS of them right?
anyone havent got 'a' facebook account yet?
You better get your hands at this stuff, i really meant it. Some people think if they have facebook they will easily get distracted by it. well every technology has its own advantages and disadvantages and it depends on the users how they going to use it.
However, if you can manipulate this technology into something useful, wouldnt that be excellent? Like one student association in Ireland, they use facebook to convey message about donation to build a mosque in chech republic and also donation for yogyakarta earthquake.
Sometimes technology does helps propagating something good. Even more, if you're a business minded person a charity such as above is like an investment. Remarkably it's an investment with a sure profit insyaAllah ( If in business case, a sure profit without any risk is haram ie bank divident with fixed interest).
some people think that they have to give or must give 100 or 50 dollar for charity. No you dont have to, but if you did May Allah bless you. even a dollar that's ok.
This is what Prophet SAW said in a hadith
Abu Mas`ud `Uqbah bin `Amr Al-Ansari (May Allah be pleased with him) said: When the Ayah enjoining Sadaqah (charity) was revealed,* we used to carry loads on our backs to earn something that we could give away in charity. One person presented a considerable amount for charity and the hypocrites said: "He has done it to show off.'' Another one gave away a few Sa` of dates and they said: "Allah does not stand in need of this person's dates". Thereupon, it was revealed:
"Those who defame such of the believers who give charity (in Allah's Cause) voluntarily, and such who could not find to give charity (in Allah's Cause) except what is available to them...'' (9:79)
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].
* This is the A°yah in which Allah says! "Take Sadaqah (alms) from their wealth in order to purify them and sanctify them with it, and suppliate Allah for them...'' (9:103)
Commentary: This Hadith shows that everyone can give charitable donation according to one's means. It can be more or less as one likes. To regard those as showy and criticize those who pay less to withhold them from alms amounts to hypocrisy. Believers must ignore such criticism of the hypocrites and refrain from such things in their dealings. "
Hence, it doesnt matter whether it's a dollar or even few cents.
let say in facebook there is 20million people, if everyone donated 1 dollar that would sum up to 20million dollar, isnt it?
To end this let us reflect what The prophet SAW said in a hadith.
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, "Hasten to do good deeds before you are overtaken by one of the seven afflictions.'' Then (giving a warning) he said, "Are you waiting for such poverty which will make you unmindful of devotion; or prosperity which will make you corrupt, or disease as will disable you, or such senility as will make you mentally unstable, or sudden death, or Ad-Dajjal who is the worst expected absent, or the Hour, and the Hour will be most grievous and most bitter".
[At-Tirmidhi].
Commentary: The purpose of this Hadith is that before overcoming of the obstructions, one should do one's best to improve his Hereafter by means of good deeds lest one is deprived of good deeds by some obstruction.
Ps- give to charity whenever you still have the penny.

everything is not happens without a reason
Yesterday "english teacher" replied to my status (the one with thalassemia topic), she wrote an admirable sentence that i'm stunted by it.
"Allah jadikan sesuatu bukan utk bebankan kite"(whatever Allah decrees is not to burden us)
thanks "english teacher" for your thought
to end this, let's reflect on what Allah said in the Quran
".....and whosoever fears Allah and keep his duty to Him, He will make a way for him to get out (from every difficulty). And he will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him.... [65:2,3]
(And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, then He will suffice him.)
Imam Ahmad recorded that Ibn `Abbas said that he rode the Prophet's camel while sitting behind the Prophet , and the Messenger of Allah said to him,
(O boy! I will teach you words [so learn them]. Be mindful of Allah and He will protect you, be mindful of Allah and He will be on your side. If you ask, ask Allah, and if you seek help, seek it from Allah. Know that if the Ummah gather their strength to bring you benefit, they will never bring you benefit, except that which Allah has decreed for you. Know that if they gather their strength to harm you, they will never harm you, except with that which Allah has decreed against you. The pens have been raised and the pages are dry.) At-Tirmidhi collected this Hadith and said: "Hasan Sahih.''
[tafsir Ibn katsir]
Let's pray to Allah
Abdullah bin ibn Mass'ud R.A reported that the Prophet SAW used to say "Allahumma inni as'alukal-huda wat-tuqa wal 'afafa wal ghina(O Allah I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency)" [Muslim]
wallahu a'lam
